There are many reasons to work for Amadeus. Due to the size of the company and the size of the data center(s) - sometimes changes take too much time and a lot of effort is needed to implement such changes. But this is also a positive aspect, if you consider it as a professional challenge. Another disadvantage, for me personally, is location - specifically Erding. The company is in the middle of corn fields, and most of the time there is really nothing interesting to do, unless you are an agriculture fan, so maybe you could enjoy all those fields... Shops are never open when I have free time, and everything else closes very early. E.g. the swimming pool closes at 18h, Erdino amusement center closes at 19h, so by 20h - everything is closed and the town looks like Raccoon City in RE. Complete boredom, 95% of the year.
