The work culture here is very bad , bunch of oldies run the show here completely and doesn’t allow any new leadership to grow / sustain. Attrition figures are around 20% this year for Bangalore and close to 25-27% in units like BDS where few people who call themselves as Sr. Directors do not even know the basics of people management. It’s probably the worst phase Amadeus is going through currently in bangalore and it’s all coz of immature people sitting on top and heading a unit for namesake. Despite so many complaints in my division for a particular person for being immature , unreasonably loud and promoting favouritism , HR hasn’t been able to take any actions against him as he belongs to the close knit group of people ( so called leaders ). All mid/senior management people are leaving the organisation just because they aren’t valued and they can’t compromise on their self respect.
