It is not a R&D center but it is a support center Most of the works are no-brainer poor maintenance/support type Resources provided are not good No laptop No work from home Micromanagement is everywhere Learning curve is very small Legacy applications/products Outdated tools and technologies Bangalore center strength has grown to 1300+ people so politics/favoritism has started Most of the products are developed in France and handed over to Bangalore center for maintenance Now they are moving their projects gradually to Agile so it's a nightmare to meet deadlines No longterm onsite opportunities Salary not at par with other product companies 10% variable in CTC Miserable breakfast/lunch/snacks Puppet HRs as Managers control everything Variable pay is not paid fully; 50-60% they deduct showing perfirmance reasons
