The company and union are in bed together and look out for each other so being in a union there doesn’t mean anything at all. Favoritism and nepotism is worse and more rampant here than a county or state job. Pay is abhorrently archaic and zero chance for advancement unless you love the smell of rear ends. DO NOT waste your time here, you’re not getting it back and the ones you report to will try to bleed your soul.
