If you have a decent supervisor you can get comp time for all the overtime worked. If your a department of a few salaried members your expected to be on call and near the factory on days off. Policies are inconsistently enforced. Your better off quitting and coming back to get paid more. Internal promotions are very low pay increases. Corporate only ever sees the negative and never rewards any wins a factory has. Few Lgbtq+ people work for the company and most are closeted because of the culture.
