Vantaggi

A year ago, I could have given at least half a dozen good reasons to work here. Now I can't honestly provide one.

Svantaggi

No 401K or any other benefits except for vacation and sick leave. Management has no clear direction for the company. They have fired good, hard-working, talented employees. The product, if handled correctly, could offer some benefits to our customers. Currently, however, it mostly resembles a multi-level marketing scheme. The other reviewers on here are giving you an honest heads-up which it would be to your benefit to listen to. One or two bad reviews could be passed off as sour grapes, but when half the company gives negative reviews, you should pay attention for the sake of your own career.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that we have not made your experience working here incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. That is our goal and we work hard to make that happen. If you are still with us, I absolutely welcome you to call me, text me, email me, or just grab me in the office so I can talk about your concerns. We started working with a senior HR expert that helped take a company from 0 to 800 employees about a year ago because of exactly what you’re talking about. We’re not good at every area of business and we need coaching and additional support to live up to our standards. We are actively recruiting for a VP of Operations, a role we hope to fill in the next 2-3 months, to help us run the company (as you mention). You’re correct, we do not currently offer a 401K plan. We do offer a very good health insurance plan, great above-market compensation, additional bonus compensation, very flexible vacation, and a flexible work-from-home arrangement (including everyone working from home every Friday every week). Most of the bad reviews we have on here at Glassdoor are from the single round of layoffs we did back in early 2016. I take full responsibility for the poor business decisions that led us to the horrible outcome of having to let go of many members of our team. We came very close to running out of money as a company. Had I not done what I felt I had to do, we would not be here today. We work hard to give team members freedom, help them grow, make sure they’re paid very well, and grow a lot as individuals and experts in their specialties. Fortunately, we’ve learned a lot. Today, we are doing great as a company. As always, we’re having a massive positive impact in the lives of our customers (which you can see anytime you want on our YouTube channel or Facebook page with the real, live interviews we’ve done). We’re also more systematically gathering feedback from team members and acting on it to create a place to work that lives up to our name. Thank you very much for your feedback :) Matt Clark, Executive Chairman, Former CEO, & Co-founder

Fun job with a great staff of people. Large range of hours to pick from for scheduling since most locations are open late

Svantaggi

Most customers are nice and respectful but employees have to set boundaries with some due to the nature of the business.
