I left a very secure full-time position for a contract position with the company with the understanding that I was to have remote work flexibility of at least 3 days per week, as my commute one-way exceeded two hours. Although I was in office six days in the first two weeks, after just two weeks the executive of my group decided someone on site full time was required.
