Most things are figured out, but there is a lot of room for improvement in pockets and some groups lag behind others

I was impacted by lay-offs and all of my friends that remain with the company have no work to do and are in a very toxic environment at the moment -Your manager sort of makes or breaks your experience -You won't always get the help you ask for since everyone is so busy
