People aren't valued here. The contracts are for one year and the last year no one's contract extended. They lay off the people right and left. Management is insanely micromanager, can't let people to their job , despite that they are experts in their field. There is no vision in the company. The mission is said "make audio accessible", but the only mission in the company is to satisfy investors.
