Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. HOD accounts has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. ..lots of incompetant people have gone to the top....Salary delay of more than 3 months Older employees bullies. No vision and mission. No motivation from the management.No hr policies. Poor management. Work culture is too bad. Bad politics at senior level. No professional/career growth.
