Enjoyable client interactions but poor scheduling and care - Recensione dipendente - Direct Support Professional (DSP) presso Ambitions Disability Support Services

No communication with DSP when it comes to the scheduling,they will change your schedule at the last minute. The people in the office is quick to blame their mistakes on the dsp. Within the last 4 months 7 senior staff has been fired over stuff that was petty or admin. Fault. I can't speak for all the locations but I can for the location of Spokane Valley. The administrator should pay more attention to the clients health a client should never gain 80 pounds within 5 months and not be checked on by a doctor. Ambitions has high turnover and with that the clients don't get the care they need.
