It seems you're having a pretty mixed experience working with us, and we hope that in time, and as you grow in the company, that will change. One of the positive things about performance-based pay is that you get to see a solid, tangible reward for your own progression and hard work. We're glad that for now, you're at least enjoying the atmosphere, and finding a lot of support at the company. We're aware of issues some people may have had with previous job advertisements, and we are working hard to make sure that there is no confusion in future. We do advertise for multiple positions, and we try our best to make sure that our advertisements reflect the nature of the job exactly.

      I have been in the business for the past 2 months. Within this short space I have been working here my personal development has progressed hugely. Before I had very low confidence and lack of belief in myself which ultimately could have ruined me for life. Since working my people skills and belief that I can progress with a positive future have massively increased. I got promoted on my first month and I am aiming to keep progressing through them. All in all the high standard has been passed on to me and I hold a high regard of holding this standard for my upcoming future.
