Boys club. They loose new employees after 3 to 5 months after hire. We try to sell to new employees what a great company it is. But they just use staff as food for the grinder. Unless you are desperate for a job don't go there.

The restructuring of Ambius, bringing in new leadership completely upended the company. Change is always difficult. The changes in this case resulted in hostile working environment. Employee turn over rarely existed, they were proud to be a member of the team, enjoyed the work, were excited to come to work. It’s no longer the case now. Where management used to encourage personal and professional growth it no longer does. Instead of encouraging employees the atmosphere is now punitive. Experienced and older management is being forced out, being replaced with persons who have zero experience in the business. It’s been heart breaking watching Branches hemorrhage clients, employees constantly in fear of losing their job while national leadership continues to destroy a once great company branch by branch.
