Helping people and businesses get back on their feet fast is the number one priority of the company. Always paid decent and if there was ever a mistake they fixed it fast.

Tough being away from home and family for extended/undetermined periods of time. Long hours although that's kind of the point of emergency work so not really a con, just an FYI to be ready. Sometimes working with shady characters that their number one priority is racking up the hours and getting paid.
