Poor vision and leadership from senior executives. The departure of Ken Mackenzie saw the immediate downturn of the culture, vision, discipline and success of this company. Just look at the share price. They show no care for staff and this has led to a toxic culture. The CEOs desire to live in the USA has heavily driven their decisions of late. It is a shame. Ken M had this place humming.
