      anyone worked for 2-3 years in amdocs can become a politician :), hope u got it. no good assignments for gurgaon employess. onsite team is like god, they are the people who make all decision. almost no independed project in gurgaon, pune center is kind of onsite for gurgaon.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
