      They hire on third party payroll and there low chances of getting hired on amdoc companies payroll , the management TL Etc treat employees like Donkeys, they don't care about employess, the work pressure is like hell , shift timings are not good 3 different shifts , all marathi speaking crowd, on the floor work is like a hell in the company target oriented , it's a dangerous job in amdoc , Thanks

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
