      The company is israelí but it seems India because almost 70% of the company come from there, is not good work with them selfishly people, the organization in the company is ugly, never do what you supposed to do, roles are not defined if you think just in money you are in the right place other case avoid this company.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
