1. Poor management, too much politics 2. Your GL will not work he/she will just approve your timesheets and after sometime you'll start criticising him/her and after some time you will hate working here. 3. Promotion and Hike are all political decisions. 4. Favoritism 5. If you will work hard you will get nothing but if you will work less you will be called out for a one on one meeting with your manager/lead. 6. Some people are working here from last 7-8 years and now they think Amdocs is their home. you might see them working nothing and spending day by eating free food and gossiping. 7. A lead here is having all the powers irrespective he/she works or not.
