Long hours, never ending work which has little impact when exec mgmt can projects; many higher-ups think they are running an i-bank and expect an insane level of commitment with little consideration for work-life balance (this comes in spite of trumpeting work-life balance as one of Amdocs' goals); no feeling of team work or appreciation
