Kept sending expats to fill high positions when we have local talents. Questionable management decisions, no integrity and a lot of biases toward the nationality of who they promote to higher positions. "I am Indian, therefore only Indians deserve to be promoted" No empathy for their employees. They will say yes all the time, at the expense of their people.
