Many Managers are not technical, only focus on Extracurricular activities. Since Managers are not involved in technical things or projects for which they are paid hence does not know which employee have knowledge and talents because of they let go easily experience people because of which new team members struggle. No promotions after Lead positions, they easily let go people with talent as they cannot give growth or retain. Food in GGN is worse now a days.
