1. Till now the best thing about Amdocs, Pune was its work culture. Even this is getting tarnished with time. 2. Pays well to new guys/freshers with their first job.

1. Management policies are not employee friendly. 2. Employee has very less say in how a policy can be changed for their good. 3. No good salary increase. 4. No good bonus. 5. Very miser measures to do cost-cutting. For instance, one employee is assigned to 4 projects and in a single day she has to answer 4 different managers.

Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
