      Cliques, very Israeli centric - a lot of good people say that they don't expect development opportunities because they are not Israeli. Above market pay but the shine of that wears off when you realize that they "own" you and will suck the life out of you.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
