work load- high project timeline- aggressive, some are unrealistic team force - insufficient members in a team work life balance - not good. little time can be spent with family percentage of burn out- high management- still needs to work out in soft skills like leadership skills. Still needs to adjust to culture of local. communication- during issues people shout during discussions. its ok for foreigners because its normal for them... but for locals its culture shock. team work- not all teams work together to finish urgent task. managers - there are still managers which are hard to work with and are more of slave drivers. day off - there is a struggle to be able to get offs due to lack of members in the team long vacation - there is low percentage of getting long vacations due to lack of members who can cover the task of others. training- no formal training , they rely in peer to peer training and internal online training transportation- no shuttles provided to employees location of office is difficult to commute not near to affordable food establishments work from home is prohibited even during weekdays shifting schedule is not follow the sun culture shock - high health benefits - parents or other family members for single employees are not included to health card many locals resign due to many factors like stress, work load, poor management... etc non locals reassigned to other accounts due to stress and work load
