To keep up will *fake* company performance, it is not uncommon to force employees to use vacation balance and still deliver, so you should not plan a vacation at the new year or another personal occasion. 2. Unlike other Indian companies there were no 15 days COVID leaves. 3. If you are not one of the top performers *key employee* do not expect salary revision, this year even freshers were excluded from salary revision, do not trust offer latter even if it says you will get salary revision. 4. Good employees *key employees* are too overworked and do not have any sense of work-life balance. 5. I have seen more and more cost-cutting since 2019, for example, one can not encash vacation balance anymore or salary revision coverage and the amount is decreasing every year term onsite opportunities have greatly reduced and now too much politics is around remaining ones. 7.
