They always give preference to the employee family members, without having any experience family members can join in amdocs. That's the beauty of amdocs and they will reject experienced people. Career wise there is no growth. . No Professionalism in work. Leaving the company very soon. There won't any use of learning their amdocs tools, If any one wants to gain knowledge, this is not the best place to work. At work place they will make you to loose their confidence.
