      the work environment is really good, lots of extra benefits. Good transport facilities. They provide training in a lot of good areas which is available to employees.

      Svantaggi

      They hire direct from college in huge bulks. There are high chances of landing up in a team where you do not want to work. Changing teams is difficult.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
