Staff and patients are great

Owners are a huge disappointment. It wasn’t always bad. But they pressure you to get patients and give you ZERO training on how to grow the practice. They expect you to close patients with hard pushy sale tactics and if you dont deliver and make the clinic money.. you will soon be done at the office. The staff and patients are wonderful which is why I stayed and hung on for a while. But the owners are just so greedy and dont care for the their staff. They like to burn out their staff and stretch them out until you complain and cant take it anymore. And the pay? Its a joke.
