Great work/life balance. Very conservative (risk averse) company culture. Continual growth from inception. Excellent company for early technical growth.

Antiquated upper management culture. Zero diversity in upper management (no women or men of non-Caucasian race). Slow to react to market/client needs. As the company continues to grow, so does the need for formal career development program.
