All talented people leave as soon as they realize how disorganized and unstable this place is. No one knows what’s happening and what their responsibilities are. They micromanage and make sure you are in and out of the office at certain time, but still expect you to work after you leave the office at night and over the weekend without any financial reward. They pay very little and the goals for extra money are unrealistic. No matter how many people they hire amount of work never changes, they are always behind and agents always complain. There are a lot of false promises from senior management.
