American Express claims to care about minorities, but only when their Indian. The refuse to hire black people in the tech side, and when you do get hired, Its always an awful job. A whole department will be made up of the same group of people(Indians) where they will only then hire others that look just like them. Its disturbing. Amex doesn't care because they love cheap labor an know they can work the H1 employees to death.
