The company is very rigid, you are not up for promotion until you are in your position for 18 months and even then you have to interview for the position against other canditates. Compensation is below market and anyone who is not a manager or above (band 35 or higher) does not get a bonus even if you doing a managers job. The health benefits are horrible and vacation time is good but the total number of days off are less than what they say - they include holidays so if they tell you 23 days off its really only 14, 9 days are holidays.
