Management at all levels is extremely respectful of employees and each other. Voices are never raised. Everyone has a seat at the table and an opportunity to contribute, no matter what their level. Absolutely the only downside I can think of is that it's a long, cold walk from the subway during winter. For those who take the ferry, it's a short, cold walk.
