Compliance division in complete disarray, which adversely affects the sales side of the company. The training was very bad when it came to dealing with these compliance issues. Whenever you ask questions, they can't ever give you a straight answer. It is basically a guessing game, and you only find out later if you messed up. Goals are very high and turn over rate seems to be high as of late as well. These compliance issues came because the previous sales team were doing something illegal and they were fined heavily by the IRS.
