Everything moves so slow. Managers and directors are asked to think strategically and big picture, when decisions are really made on a whim and based on the short sited opinions of B60s and above. Zero consistency and everything is always rushed to meet arbitrary deadlines. More to spent building and modifying decks for each band level instead of actually doing the work.
