Bonus, incentive, revenue have all been capped at incredibly low amounts and made virtually impossible to receive. Metrics are micromanaged down to the second. The role is no longer white glove concierge/customer service, it's now rush to book travel, ignore everything else and hurry to the next call. There's no personalization as they've taken away any time for it. Also learn to work through breaks and lunches and stay hours after you've clocked off to try and catch up so you don't get "coachings" on how bad your numbers are Learn to comfort coworkers as they break down in tears and mental breakdowns hourly.
