Overly complex incentive program that is unfair, outdated and inaccurate and quite often wrong. Systems, Processes and Communication Tools that are rolled out, Standard Operating Procedures and Key Performance Indicators are at odds with what is needed to service effectively and efficiently. Huge corporate company. Difficult to communicate with different departments. Feels very disjointed. Not much room for progression and promotion.
