A lot of events to boost employee morale. Bbq's, Pot lucks, Pic-nics. Christmas bonus. Senior employees really do know the buisness through and through.

Management has no back bone. In fear of retaliation they will not exercise best moral judgement. EVERY promotion or lateral job change is politically driven. A lot of change. Constantly reacting to chaos rather then actually implementing change and fostering it. Don't expect to make money unless you are willing to work your way up the ladder by selling your soul to the devil.
