The company really does care for employees and it shows in Benefits, Pay and in personal struggles you may be having. Business is business but if the company can help you out they will. It's rare to find a place of work that is free of internal politics and where there is stress from your managers. If anyone has issues or problems with a job related task, everyone joins in to help to remedy the problem or help educate you in order to remedy the problem yourself.

Due to size of company there are slow ups in sales or manufacturing from time to time but through the years I do believe they are finding remedies around that.

The people here make the company that has great products and service.

The company has sacked more CEO's and run off more experienced engineers through the years and it has hurt the US plant. It is now run by one person from the German office that ONLY looks at the numbers. When the numbers are low his way of fixing the problem is letting people go. (Its always a temporary fix and the result will soon lead to another needed firing.)
