Upper management is incoherent and unable to be honest, non-confrontation rule by dictatorship rule, utter confusion while working. Job descriptions are incorrect and impossible to follow due to ever-changing and unconvincing direction of the company, Executives that are robotic, unemotional, clique-y. If you're not in the ruling families or related or have worked for a member of them in the past, I wouldn't bother, or at the very least, don't expect to go upwards in the company. Actually, don't expect to go upwards in the company at all. No clear "latter" to climb, no clear anything. No desire from the company or IT executives to yearn for new technologies or new advancements. A technology company that doesn't focus on technology or care for its existence - that irony alone should sum it up.
