Vantaggi
• Casual dress code (t-shirt and jeans), except when clients are in the office. • Keurig coffee maker in the break room which can also be used for tea. • Umm... still thinking...
Svantaggi
• Staffing at the Oklahoma City office has been reduced by about 70%. This is mostly due to layoffs but some employees have left voluntarily due to job insecurity. • Many jobs have been outsourced to India and there is a plan to outsource more. • There is no work/life balance. Employees are tied down to their jobs both day and night because they are filling the roles of 2-3 people due to the company being understaffed. • Salaries are 30% or more below market value. • There is a negative work environment and a lack of leadership. • The owner, Blake Hogan, believes that each employee is replaceable and no one is worth keeping. • Unethical decisions continue to be made and upper management likes to "spin" the truth any chance they get. • Developers at the Oklahoma City location have been reduced to two. This is unhealthy for a company that prides itself on technology capabilities, especially one that provides services to some of the top financial institutions in the U.S. • Due to a lack of controls, it is a very reactive environment. • One is expected to use her or his cell phone for work purposes but the company does not reimburse for it. • Current management has been there since there since the company was founded, preventing others from being promoted to management. Due to layoffs, there are now almost as many managers as there are employees. • There is a yearly infestation of bugs and/or other critters at the office that does not get fixed immediately (unless you're one of the employees that likes to catch mice or squash crickets). Seriously.
