Vantaggi
You could get as much overtime as you wanted (If that is what you wanted).
Svantaggi
Overtime was OFTEN required. We rarely took our lunch breaks. I remember working past 5am and I was on second shift...You cannot leave until the work is completed where I worked. While I often came in early to help 1st shift, this wasn't appreciated. You can literally break your back for this place and management and HR will still come together with lies and schemes to get me out if they find you to be remotely a threat. I just realized why they tried so hard to get me out. I reported issues internally and spoke up for my co-workers who were constantly messing up and didn't feel confident enough to carry out their jobs. They came to me for help all the time which didn't allow me to focus. I also mentioned how we rarely got to stop and eat and that first shift should help US more. They found that threatening and that's likely why I was put out or at least one of the reasons. When I was at my location, most of those in higher positions had just been promoted and once the trainer got some power and promoted, they started their wrath against the person who could tolerate their loud personality the least (me). I was an introvert, I could not handle someone being in my face all day and expecting me to have the same energy while I'm trying to learn a new job. Just get over it. So I guess this trainer worked their "magic" on the weak HR lead at the time and together they got me out with the support of the new department head to pretended to be so nice up until that point. They had no compassion when I told them what I had been through in the time that I was there and going through that very tedious training. They didn't get me out without a fight though. I hope you enjoyed paying me unemployment even though you tried your hardest to fight back. Turns out, your lies didn't work. I keep evidence of any and all funny business that I notice coming my way in work place and it doesn't make sense to claim that a worker was a danger to the company but to force them to continue working for you after making that statement. Yes, it is me. Although I'm sure you've done this to plenty of people and so at this point it may be difficult to pin point who any of these comments are coming from anymore. I see that ARC is learning their lesson because I've NEVER seen an employer with such a low overall rating. I hope this carries over and those donating finally realize what a terrible system you have going and how you treat your employees. I'm sure you wish you hadn't backstabbed your best workers at this point because from what I'm seeing, this place has gone completely down hill. It kind of makes you wonder if the CEOs of these companies are just hired to completely destroy these companies. Again, read the reviews. Read the reviews from specific locations and read the most recent reviews too. Do not just choose to work somewhere because you need the money because you will have no job security. This place will not help your resume.
