Working at American Threads has been such a positive experience. The store has a great vibe ,stylish, modern, and fun, which makes it easy to feel excited about coming to work. The team here is amazing coworkers are friendly, collaborative, and genuinely supportive of each other.

It is a slow paced store but throughout the weekends it does get busy .

Very fun environment, the customers can be so much fun interacting with. Loved my coworkers, they really made a shift so much fun. Everything was always a team effort whether it was styling our customers or tasking. The clothes can be very cute and trendy.

Unrealistic expectations for kpi’s. The quality of some of the clothes does not match the price. Not size inclusive at all. No time and a half for working holidays. Employees are underpaid but expected the most of. 18 cameras in a store is overkill. Not providing your employees with a microwave or water is crazy.
