Pay way under market, understaffed because they pay way under market, they play the fence too much (do something or don’t do something, their signing bonus embodies that perfectly and their “formerly free lunch”), awful hiring process (they force an answer in 48 hours after interviewing candidates for weeks), their pto policy also is god awful, doesn’t feel like a growth environment.
