Serious Concerns:
1. Very low budget for india office, even new basic startups have better budget for their employees well being.
2. Parking not available
3. Cultural events, gatherings very low budget, doesn’t even meet the standards of startups. Making billions in revenue but for what they call their COE they don’t want to invest. At Diwali, it was very disappointing.
4. Increments, appraisals doesn’t even meet the inflation rate in India and there are chances that you might not even get the increment.
5. If you are joining thinking that you will get the chance to visit UAE, then its not happening. They just see us as their cheap mohali labour.
6. Although i left the organisation last year, my tenure was short but now i have joined good organisation, they care about their employees, and they know the worth of their skill and talent..
At last i will just say, there is no toxic environment in the office, but its just that you will not feel like you are working in such a big brand… you will feel like you are working in a low level startup.
