Good benefits,- 401k and summer and holiday shutdowns, great campus, many very bright hardworking people.

Svantaggi

Very political. You will never get ahead unless you are one of the insiders. Many jobs don't get posted but are just filled by someone hand picked. Sales are flat to down so constant cost cutting for last few years. Can be very chaotic with people overworked. Seems to take forever to fill positions and many need to do double the work for an extended period with little appreciation.

The culture and leadership experience became increasingly inconsistent during the last year. Decision-making often lacked transparency, priorities shifted frequently, and employee feedback did not always appear to be valued. The people-centered culture that attracted many long-tenured employees seemed to drift, resulting in reduced trust, lower engagement, and increased organizational uncertainty.
