At Amify, I am surrounded by a band of experts that form a well-oiled machine! Being on the management team, everyone works cohesively to achieve the goals of the company. We give our teams the autonomy to do their jobs and be great at them, if they need our help we are always available. Coming from a company that was very strict on hours and not very flexible, the amount of trust Amify puts in its employees is a breath of fresh air. The company culture and benefits are great too!!

Since the company is only a couple years old, there's a lot of processes that aren't set in stone and not necessarily optimized. Also, there's too much candy in the office.

As Amazon grows and changes, we change and adapt with them and hire managers like yourself to give their teams the ability to be creative and achieve their goals. Growing a company is a process and we have certainly faced some of the growing pains that are part of that process.
