Small but better - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso Amisoft Technologies

Amisoft has its subsidiary namely Esmartly in Gurgoan I worked there for one year and I learned a lot and lot as a QA Engineer. Very Encouraging environment and I can say best people and Client for whom I worked

Compnay should take strong action against anybody who talks bad about them because they tell lie about manangement. I just saw few bad comments which is far far away from truth.

This organisation is not for experienced people. They mainly looking for slaves with minimal salaries to be paid.

miscommunication, lie all the time, dream big but people are very narrow minded. I also hear that they open new company to hire people, recently they opened esmartly and hiring people for it. One of my friend also got fired from this organisation within 6 months. How can a startup fire people ? Its very simple -> Either they do not want to grow or they hire only for small projects.
