It’s very clear that leadership at AIUSA does not extend the human rights they stand for to their own employees. Junior and mid-level staff work are routinely disrespected and treated as disposable by a careless executive team that changes hands every year.

I have seen brilliant and talented individuals lose all their passion, energy and optimism due to poorly trained managers and cronyism that goes unpunished with every new executive team member that joins. A few of the executive team members need an urgent wake-up call. They are at serious risk of losing incredibly talented and respected staff while they are wrapped up playing politics and racing the clock to push out all those who pose a ‘threat’ and damage their overblown ego.
